Our commitment

We apply the principles of Law 8968 (Ley 8968) and the regulations of the Agency for the Protection of Citizens’ Data (PRODHAB): informed consent, legitimate purpose, quality of information and security.

How we apply it

Consent: processing student data requires the explicit authorization of the guardian.
Purpose: data is used only to provide the educational service.
Security: encryption in transit and at rest, and auditing of access to sensitive data.
Minimization with AI: we redact PII before any processing with language models.

Rights of the individual

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, write to privacidad@acdemic.com and we respond within the timeframes set by law.
