Giving time back to those who teach.

ACDEMIC was born from a simple conviction: the Costa Rican teacher spends more hours on administration than on teaching, and that has to change.

In Costa Rica, a teacher can lose more than 10 hours a week on lesson planning, attendance, grading and family communication. Hours no one pays for, taken away from the only thing that matters: their students.

What we believe

Technology must serve pedagogy, not the other way around. We automate the paperwork so the judgment stays with the teacher.
MEP-native, not generic. We understand REAC 2026, Costa Rican lesson planning and curricular accommodations because we read every article of the regulation.
Only those who provide education pay. Parents and students get free access, always.
The family is an actor, not a spectator. We close the loop between teacher, parent and student in a single flow.

Where we are going

We start with the individual teacher in Costa Rica. The horizon is an educational platform for all of Latin America, where every classroom action becomes useful communication and data, without adding bureaucracy.
